What was once a busy builders yard has been turned into a modern office space fit for small to medium sized businesses on the hunt for state of the art facilities. It's close to busy transport hub connections to attract and retain staff as their business grows.

Attention should be given to the detailing of the brick work of the window ledging, the developer was keen to retain and incorporate a lot of the existing building, therefore bricks were reused for the new window sils. WHile the main office includes a skylight which also acts as a striking feature element. 

A new staircase was intstalled for users to have their own entrance from the existing business located on the ground floor.

A sensitive development has taken place with challenges of access and small entrance overcome.
